A small office in Kawagoe that finishes what it starts
We help foreign workers claim the pension and tax money Japan owes them. Nothing else. That is the whole business.
Six years of watching people lose money they never had to lose
Our founder spent six years translating and helping foreign workers in Japan through tax and Nenkin procedures. The paperwork itself was never the hard part. The hard part was how little information people had. Most workers left Japan with no idea what they could claim, no idea of the deadline, and no way to check if the person helping them was honest. That gap is where the bad actors work. People lost their pension money, their tax refund, or both, to agents who counted on them never finding out the real number.
So we built an office that closes that gap. One flat fee, told to you before we start. Plain language, in the language you actually speak. Kantan means simple. That is the promise, and it is also the whole product.

Four rules we do not break
One company, three services
Nenkin Kantan is not a one-man operation set up for a single season. It is one of three services run by KICHI合同会社, a registered company in Japan with staff, an office and a business address you can check. When your refund takes four months to arrive, that matters.

Every fee is flat and written down before we start. No percentage of your refund, ever.
